We reserve the right to change or adjust these terms at any time, so check back periodically for changes. By using these sites after we post any changes to these terms, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them or been notified about them. At any time, if you choose not to accept these terms of use, please do not use this site or any of our sites.

Refund Policy & Cyber Shoplifting

​Due to confidential and trade secrets, once you sign the required agreement, pay for the course/materials and receive access to the training materials, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS in full or in part for any reason. After completing the 7-week online course, I understand I will be able to continue to participate in the weekly Group Coaching for 12 months after the date of my registration for the course.

Cyber Shoplifting is investigated by the F.B.I. and all instances will be immediately turned over to local authorities in your jurisdiction for prosecution. (Cyber Shoplifting is when a consumer receives a digital product online and then contacts their financial institution to dispute the charge.)

Restrictions

The contents of our Sites are protected by copyright and trademark laws, and are the property of their owners. All products and information on the Sites is copyrighted by Real Freedom NOW, LLC. You may not change, modify, delete, display, transmit, adapt, exploit, or copy for distribution or sale any program content, information, material, trademark, logos or copyright on the Sites. You must obtain written permission from us before you can publish, distribute, display, or commercially use any material from the Sites. By using the Sites, you agree to abide by all copyright notices or other posted restrictions.

Your Submissions

You are welcome to comment about any of our Sites. However, we will not review or consider any unsolicited creative submissions or suggestions for content in the training materials or on the website(s). This policy is intended to avoid any misunderstandings in the event that ideas developed by our staff might seem similar to the ideas submitted to us. Thus, we suggest that you not send us any original creative ideas, suggestions or materials. If you do decide to send us suggestions or material anyway, those suggestions will become our property. If you submit something unsolicited to us, we will exclusively own all rights to your submission, and we will be entitled to the unrestricted use of the it for any purpose, without compensation or notification to the provider of the Submission.

Weekly Group Coaching Calls & Facebook Interactions

To participate in Group Coaching Calls, our Facebook groups or other similar interactive forums, you must register in accordance with instructions that you will find on our Sites in order to contribute to that forum.

You agree that it is a condition of your use of the Group Coaching service and the Private Facebook Student Group and participation in the PROVEN PROFIT FORMULA program that you cannot (a) Restrict or inhibit any other user from using these services; (b) Use these services to falsely misrepresent my affiliation with a person or entity; (c) Interfere with or disrupt any servers or networks used to present the PROVEN PROFIT FORMULA; (d) Use the Group Coaching service and the Private Facebook Student Group to instigate or encourage others to commit illegal activities; (e) Gain unauthorized access to the PROVEN PROFIT FORMULA by means such as hacking, password mining or other illicit means; (f) Use the program to post or transmit any unlawful, vulgar or indecent information of any kind; (g) Use the program to post or transmit any information, software or other material that contains a virus or other harmful component; (h) Use the program to advertise or solicit to anyone to buy or sell products or services, or to make donations of any kind, without Real Freedom NOW LLC’s express written approval.

We do retain the right to modify or remove messages or other material that in our discretion we consider offensive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unacceptable. We also reserve the right to edit materials for any other reason. Whether or not we modify or remove such material, users remain solely responsible for the content of their messages or postings.

You understand and accept that the weekly Group Coaching calls are recorded and will be available to all PROVEN PROFIT FORMULA students. Thus, any information you share on the weekly coaching calls regarding your financial circumstances, deals you’re involved in, advisors you identify, etc. will be available via recordings for students to hear and to review later.

We are not responsible for material appearing in any forum on our Sites, except for material signed by one of our identified representatives. We are not responsible for screening material posted by users for libel, obscenity, invasion of privacy, copyright or trademark infringement, accuracy, or for any other reason.

Disclaimers

The information, services, products, claims and materials on our Sites are provided without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. We disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied effectiveness of the ideas or success strategies presented in our programs or on our sites as well as those that are provided in our products.

Limitation of Liability

No Professional Advice

The information contained in or made available through the Sites (including but not limited to information contained on message boards, in text files, in coaching sessions or chats) cannot replace or substitute for the services of trained professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, financial, medical, psychological, therapeutic, or legal matters. Neither we nor our partners, independent contractors or any of their affiliates, will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages that may result, including but not limited to economic loss, injury, illness or death. You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by your use of the Sites, you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for any such decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance.

Non-Academic Programs

Real Freedom NOW, LLC, PROVEN PROFIT FORMULA, and VIP Coaching with LeAnn are for-profit training and materials for personal and professional development. We are not accredited academic institutions or programs, and do not issue diplomas or academic certifications or degrees. We do not accept student loans or provide student aid under any programs.

Mature Content

​Our programs and sites are not directed to children under the age of 18 and we will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. We will occasionally discuss mature topics and use language relating to personal and professional growth that may use explicit language or swear words. We strongly recommend that parents participate in their children’s exploration of the Internet and any online services and use their browser’s parental controls to limit the areas of the Internet to which their children have access.

Confidentiality

​Users of our Sites hereby understand that the tools, processes, strategies, materials and information presented on our Sites and in our programs are copyrighted and proprietary, so users agrees not to record, duplicate, distribute, teach or train from our information in any manner whatsoever without our express written permission.
