Questions about the Current Housing Market?
1. Will the Market crash in 2022?
The trends do not point to a crash, but we more than likely won’t see an 18.8% increase in house values like we did last year. We should start to see the market soften and we’ll tell you why.
2. When will the Market Cool Down?
Some are saying this fall, but most are seeing that it won’t cool off until 2023.
3. How high will interest rates get?
Nobody knows for sure, but the Fed just raised the rates another half-point on May 4. What will be the effect, we’ll share on the livestream.
4. Should I wait to buy?
Most experts say that even though we may see a softening of the market, values will continue to rise (just not at the rate we have been seeing) and interest rates are supposed to continue to climb.
5. Should I wait to invest?
LeAnn says, “It’s always the right time to buy a great deal. When prices rise, you gain equity. If prices go down, you pay less tax. As investors, it’s about cash flow, and rents…you must know the formulas to be a smart investor.”
6. Should I wait to sell?
With the high demand right now, it is a great time to sell. Yes, your value may continue to increase, but there may be less buyers looking. The longer you wait to sell, more and more buyers get priced out due to rising prices and interest rates.
